These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and EW777 ("EW777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://ew777.cam ("Platform", "Site").

To register and maintain an EW777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) EW777 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. EW777 employs technical and manual measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and funds may be forfeited in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide your true legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid contact number during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms. EW777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where inaccurate information is discovered, even if the inaccuracy was unintentional.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. EW777 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify EW777 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

EW777 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Requested documents may include, but are not limited to: a copy of a government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian players), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

By using the EW777 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal recreational purposes, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair EW777's systems or servers.

5.1 Acceptable Use

• Access the Platform only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Wager only funds that you own and that are freely available to you without financial hardship.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information at all times.
• Comply with all instructions issued by EW777 support regarding account use and verification.
• Use only one account per household, device, and IP address unless specifically approved in writing by EW777.

5.2 Technical Access

EW777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial exploitation of the Platform, its content, or its systems. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Platform without EW777's prior written consent.

EW777 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate fast, secure deposits and withdrawals. All supported payment channels are subject to the processing terms described below.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

EW777 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also supported for players who request this option.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 30 (or RM 100 for cryptocurrency deposits).
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name.
• Deposits made using third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited funds.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance.
• EW777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification before processing.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal requests will be approved.

6.4 Refused Transactions

EW777 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

EW777 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and VIP-specific rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer and the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before the bonus amount, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn. The specific rollover applicable to each promotion is clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the bonus and any associated pending winnings being voided.

7.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the rollover. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

EW777 monitors all accounts for irregular betting patterns that indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed exclusively to meet rollover requirements, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, and claiming promotions under multiple accounts. EW777 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected.

7.4 EW777 VIP Programme

Participation in the EW777 VIP Programme is subject to separate VIP Terms communicated to eligible players. VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond — carry distinct cashback rates, withdrawal priority levels, and additional perks. EW777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing VIP members where commercially practicable.

All bets placed on the EW777 Platform — including sports betting, live betting, casino games, and live dealer games — are subject to the specific game or market rules displayed at the time of wagering and the general provisions below.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

EW777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation of acceptance. Bets placed on incorrect or erroneous odds — resulting from data feed errors, technical faults, or manifest pricing mistakes — may be voided by EW777 regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC events are subject to the sports book rules published on the relevant market pages. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to latency — a short delay between bet submission and acceptance to account for the live feed. 8.3 Casino Games & RNG

8.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round or live bet, EW777 systems will attempt to complete the round using the last valid game state recorded. EW777 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the EW777 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to facilitate money laundering.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner.
• Placing bets with knowledge of match-fixing, insider information, or other non-public material information.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing EW777 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent EW777's responsible gambling tools, including self-exclusion measures.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

All content on the EW777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Site — is the property of EW777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The EW777 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to EW777. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or display any EW777 branding or content without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of EW777 intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights in the Platform beyond the limited personal use licence described in Section 5. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by EW777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EW777 and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised access to your account.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers.
• Any actions taken by EW777 in good faith to comply with applicable regulatory or legal requirements.

EW777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your EW777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

EW777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools and resources that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. EW777 services are strictly for players aged 21 and above.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel:

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your EW777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Accounts cannot be closed while a bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is active unless the bonus and associated pending winnings are forfeited.

13.2 Termination by EW777

EW777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where EW777 reasonably believes that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) a player has provided false information; (c) fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct is suspected; (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires account closure; or (e) the player is identified as a person on a financial sanctions list.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your licence to use the Platform is revoked immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of legitimate closure will be returned to the verified payment method on file, net of any amounts owed to EW777 under these Terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited if the account is terminated for cause.

EW777 may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, EW777 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published at this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the EW777 Platform following any notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.1.
